On a special order page, customers can see the departure of the airport transfer to the meeting place, the movement of the car on the map, arrival at the meeting place and passenger boarding. The status changes in real-time. This ensures your customers are aware of their trip and gives them more confidence as they travel.
The link to the service page is presented as a link and QR code on the booking voucher, making it as easy as possible for customers to access the information. No apps are required — just follow the link from any device with internet access. Be sure to give the voucher to your customer so they can keep track of their airport transfer.
The driver on the service page sends trip status messages such as departure to boarding, arrival, waiting and passenger delivery. This provides customers with timely information about the progress of the journey, adding confidence in the service provided.
The new tracking feature is designed to provide your customers with a carefree and comfortable journey. What's more, the service window is designed only to inform you about the status of the ride and increase customer confidence about the fulfillment of the booking, and does not contain any brand marks — not Intui's, not yours, not the transport companies and no other advertising.
