     Iceland opened to fully vaccinated travelers on March 18.

The vaccination card will allow visitors from anywhere in the world to skip COVID-19 testing and quarantine measures upon arrival. Travelers who have had COVID-19 and who have antibodies are also allowed to Iceland.

The last dose of vaccine must be received no later than 14 days before arrival; or a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 11 and maximum 180 days prior to arrival.

Croatia entry conditions for foreign citizens.

Free entry for citizens of EU and Schengen members included in the "green list". Tourists who have been vaccinated by Pfizer / BioNTech, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Janssen, Sputnik V are allowed to enter. Before departure, you need to fill out a special form on the website of the Croatian Ministry of Tourism. You need to have proof of payment for accommodation in Croatia.

     To enter Montenegro, foreign citizens need a negative PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival or a positive serological test for IgG antibodies not older than 30 days. Children under 5 years of age do not need the test. Alternatively, travelers can provide proof that a second dose of COVID-19 vaccine was administered at least 7 days ago.

Foreign citizens permanently residing in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Serbia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and North Macedonia, or non-residents who have spent at least 15 days in these countries, are exempt from providing PCR testing or vaccination certificates.

Montenegrin citizens and foreigners from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Serbia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and North Macedonia are allowed to enter without a PCR test for coronavirus, positive serological test (IgG antibodies) or proof that they have been vaccinated against COVID-19. Citizens of other countries must provide a certificate of complete vaccination with any known coronavirus vaccine / or a negative PCR test done 72 hours before arrival in the country / or a positive serological test for IgG antibodies not older than 30 days. Children under 5 years of age do not need a test.

     According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Estonia is currently open to tourists from the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Schengen area, as well as from six other countries in the world, not including the United States.

Visitors from an approved list of countries who have been vaccinated within six months of arrival can bypass the mandatory 10-day quarantine and testing requirements by submitting a vaccine certificate in English, Russian or Estonian, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Visitors who have recovered from COVID-19 in the past six months and presented a doctor's certificate that they are free of COVID-19 can also bypass the mandatory quarantine, according to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
