     Iceland opened to fully vaccinated travelers on March 18.

     To enter Montenegro, foreign citizens need a negative PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival or a positive serological test for IgG antibodies not older than 30 days. Children under 5 years of age do not need the test. Alternatively, travelers can provide proof that a second dose of COVID-19 vaccine was administered at least 7 days ago.

Foreign citizens permanently residing in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Serbia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and North Macedonia, or non-residents who have spent at least 15 days in these countries, are exempt from providing PCR testing or vaccination certificates.

     According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Estonia is currently open to tourists from the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Schengen area, as well as from six other countries in the world, not including the United States.

Visitors from an approved list of countries who have been vaccinated within six months of arrival can bypass the mandatory 10-day quarantine and testing requirements by submitting a vaccine certificate in English, Russian or Estonian, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Visitors who have recovered from COVID-19 in the past six months and presented a doctor's certificate that they are free of COVID-19 can also bypass the mandatory quarantine, according to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
