What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
If it is left more than 5 hours before the date of your transfer and you need to amend the details of your reservation, you can make all changes directly at your Personal Account online. Edits are available for orders with the FLEXI fare. For orders with the STANDART fare, you can cancel the order in your Personal Account and then rebook the order based on the new data of your trip.
If it is left less than 5 hours before the date of your transfer and
- the departure/arrival of your flight or of your ship is delayed or canceled,
- if you received your order changes later than within the time limits for order changes indicated in the voucher or in the booking card,
- if you have a connecting flight, and the first leg of flight is delayed or canceled, that will cause the delay of your arrival at final destination, where you booked your transfer,
you should always act according to Instruction of the voucher, that is also available in the booking card in your Personal account, that is you should contact directly the Carrier Company by phones indicated in the voucher for your transfer.
In addition to it, you can make all the order changes in your Personal account. So, the Carrier company will receive one more message regarding your order changes.
In any case you should act according to the instruction of the voucher.
Please, note the changes you sent to email of Intui later than within the time limits for order changes will not be accepted and taken into account.
If you will not inform the carrier company about the changes of your flight time, the vehicle can be provided at the time you indicated while booking and your order will be considered as properly fulfilled.
Intui as well as the Carrier company can not guarantee the fulfillment of any requirements and changes. The Supplier can change the price of service. In this case we shall inform you immediately regarding a new price.
Night charges can be valid for some directions, and if you arrive within the period of these night charges you will have to pay a surcharge.
We recommend you to contact the customer support of the Carrier company, the Supplier as soon as possible, because they maybe can help you to find an alternative transfer.
Please, note, neither we, nor the Carrier company, the Supplier, are not responsible for the payment of such alternative variants of transfer. According to the conditions and provisions of the airlines, namely they are responsible to deliver you in time to an initially planned airport of destination.
IN THOSE SITUATIONS WHEN THE NOTIFICATION OF THE ROUTE CHANGES OF YOUR FLIGHT IS TOO LATE RECEIVED IN ORDER TO LET THE DRIVER KNOW BEFOREHAND NOT TO GO TO THE AIRPORT OR NOT TO WAIT FOR THE FLIGHT ARRIVAL AT THE INITIALLY INDICATED TIME OF FLIGHT LANDING, YOU WILL HAVE PROBABLY TO TAKE A TAXI AND TO ASSUME ADDITIONAL COSTS ON THE SPOT.
